Refund policy

Returns & exchanges

Unworn, unwashed items with their original tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

To start one, email booking@black-label-radio.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or swap. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us.

Return shipping

Return shipping is on you, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Then it's on us.

Exchanges

Our drops are limited runs. If the size you want is sold out, we'll refund you instead.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace the item or refund you in full, shipping included.
