Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders ship from Providence, RI within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Drop weeks can run a little longer, and we'll email you if yours will.

Rates & tracking

Shipping is calculated at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Delivery times after that are the carrier's estimates.

Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, we'll get in touch, and reshipping costs apply.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking says delivered but you can't find it, email booking@black-label-radio.com within 7 days and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.
